1
Day 1: Fly to Nyerere National Park – Afternoon Game Drive
Arrive at the designated airport in Dar es Salaam for your scheduled domestic flight to an airstrip serving Nyerere National Park.
Enjoy aerial views of Southern Tanzania before landing. Meet your professional safari guide and transfer to your selected lodge or tented camp, according to the confirmed arrangements.
Depending on your arrival time, begin an afternoon game drive through the park's diverse habitats. Look for elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, antelopes and a variety of bird species. Lions and other predators may also be encountered, depending on wildlife movements.
Return to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay surrounded by the wilderness.

Day 2: Nyerere National Park – Game Drive and Rufiji River Boat Safari
After breakfast, set out on a game drive to explore Nyerere National Park with your experienced safari guide.
Travel through the park's varied landscapes in search of wildlife, stopping where appropriate to observe animals and photograph the scenery. Enjoy the opportunity to learn about the area's wildlife and ecosystems.
Later, experience a boat safari along the Rufiji River if included in your confirmed package and available under current conditions. From the water, you may see hippos, crocodiles and numerous bird species along the riverbanks.
Enjoy lunch according to your arrangements before returning to your lodge or camp. Spend the evening relaxing and enjoying dinner at your accommodation.

Day 3: Morning Safari and Return Flight
Enjoy breakfast before a final morning game drive or other scheduled activity, subject to your flight departure time.
Explore the surrounding wilderness for another opportunity to observe wildlife and enjoy the landscapes of Southern Tanzania.
After the activity, transfer to the designated airstrip for your scheduled return flight to Dar es Salaam or another confirmed destination.
On arrival, your three-day fly-in safari with Jovial Safaris concludes.
